Ground floor apartment immersed in the countryside, with parking inside the courtyard (outdoors).
We also manage the other adjacent apartment together.
The tapis roulant and the veranda (with table and chairs for dining out) are shared with the other guests.
In 40 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 2 people with a double bedroom located on the upper floor.
Quiet residential area, outside the center (15 minutes by car). Ideal for those who have to stay for work.
The internal space is divided as follows
LIVING AREA. Living room complete with two-seater sofa and TV, kitchenette complete with induction hob (one plate), microwave oven, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. AC split.
Upper floor
BEDROOM. Double bed. AC split.
BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. There are steps at the entrance.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi (WARNING not always working), iron and ironing board.
Veranda (with wood-burning oven) and treadmill shared with other guests.
The water in the pipes is purified well water, so the odor may be unpleasant.
BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the Marconi Express to Bologna station and continue by train to Parma station. Continue with bus no. 11/13/21 to the Viale Mentana Barriera Saffi stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 1 hour and 50 minutes.
PARMA STATION: take bus no. 11/13/21 to the Viale Mentana Barriera Saffi stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 20 minutes.
IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: paid parking 4 minutes walk away, Dus Parking.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
