The detached, thatched holiday home "Rugard" was newly built in 2022 and is located on a small, well-kept plot in Dranske, OT Lancken, between Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach in the north of the island of Rügen. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed view over the fields to the Bodden waters. Access to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is approx. 600 metres away.
The house offers a sauna with a panoramic view of the Wieker Bodden.
There is garden furniture and a gas barbecue on the terrace.
Two car parking spaces are available to guests on the property. There is also a covered bicycle shed, as the flat Wittow peninsula is ideal for cycling.
At the house there is a wallbox for charging your e-car, which can be rented for 20 €/week (charging via the house electricity is strictly prohibited due to the high fire risk of the thatched house).
In the district of Lancken there is currently still increased construction activity on small-scale holiday homes. Although the holiday home "Rugard" is located on the outer edge of the settlement, construction noise is occasionally perceptible. For this reason, the house can currently still be rented at discounted prices.

The house has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds in the sizes 2.00 x 2.00 m / 1.80 x 2.00 m / 1.40 x 2.00 m. This means that 6 people can be accommodated in the house.
The spacious, bright living room with dining area and terrace in front has an integrated modern, open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine + Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
There is a TV in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. WLAN is available in the house.
For the smallest guests there is a cot and a high chair.
In addition, a washing machine is available to guests.
