The NEW Apart Alpenflair (approx. 55 m²) consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a French balcony, and a ski storage room with a boot dryer.
Enjoy the panorama of the Ötztal Alps on our furnished balcony.
The NEW Apart Alpenflair is located on the Niederthai high plateau, making it the ideal starting point for many mountain, hiking, cycling, and climbing tours.
We are a Niederthai Card partner, which means all ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, cross-country biathlon (1x per card), and many other winter activities such as gentle yoga, alpaca-llama trekking, and much more are included.
Cafes, restaurants, sports shops, and the ski and cross-country ski schools are located directly in Niederthai.
The hiking bus and the free ski bus will take you to Umhausen or to all other villages in the Ötztal valley.
Additionally, we are a partner of the Aqua Dome Längenfeld.

Wir haben sechs Tage mit meinen Kindern im Apart Alpenflair verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Man hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Nähe zur Skischule war optimal, auch während der Mittagspause der Kinder. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten. Das ...

We had a great stay at Apart Alpenflair. The apartment was very well-maintained, it looked like it was brand new and it was super clean. The hostess was very friendly and caring. We'll definitely come back when we visit the Ötztal again!

Eine sehr schöne, zeitlos und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Top-Ausstattung und großem Balkon am schönsten Platz im Ötztal. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und stehen bei Fragen immer gerne zur Verfügung. Kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
