We are located within the ZTL (limited traffic area).

Portable fan, free unlimited wifi, TV, iron and ironing board and clothesline. - From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus no. 6 to the “Pilotta” stop, where you can take bus no. 8 to the “str Repubblica Prefettura” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. - From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus no. 8 to the “str Repubblica Prefettura” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the ZTL (active every day from 7.30 to 11.30 and from 16.00 to 19.00).
It is possible to park for a fee (first hour free, second hour €1.60) at the "Central Parking Repubblica" car park, open 24 hours and a 10-minute walk from the property. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We like the location.
Did not like the cleanliness. The shower did not drain properly and mud accumulated in its floor.
TV and some lights did not work. Furniture was a mess a dirty.
Check in was terrible: complicated, time consuming, not friendly.
Bad experience.
Hope you listen and improve the facility.

L'appartamento è molto spartano, ma pulito e accessoriato, oltre che in una posizione comoda L'unica pecca è stata che prima della data del soggiorno l'host non era inizialmente disposto a farmi modificare la prenotazione rispetto ai termini indicati sul sito.
