At an altitude of 750m, this 15-person gîte adjoins a 5-person gîte with two independent entrances. It is located in a communal building on the edge of the village of Evosges, which also includes year-round accommodation. Gîte La Fruitière includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, 5 bedrooms with 2 to 4 beds, 4 showers and 3 separate toilets. From now on, it also has a small kitchen, a second living room and two additional bedrooms (on the ground floor): one for 3 people and a second for 2 people, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The beds are either 90*200 or 140*200. Outside access leads to the ground floor, in the Le Pré Piot gîte, for 5 people. An outdoor space is available to guests with a garden table. For a short or long stay, you can gather up to 20 people, with everything you need on site. Central heating. A mini-golf course and a fishing pond are located on site, and the river is 7 km away. A paragliding launch site is nearby, and a restaurant is 300 m from the cottage. Group rates (per night): a sliding scale depending on the length of stay. No linen or cleaning service is available.
