The apartment, on the ground floor, consists of an entrance, a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the terrace, as well as a bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

If you are not staying as a couple, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a bed on request.

Outside, on an enclosed plot of 100 m², there is a terrace with garden furniture, a small garden with sunbeds and a small lockable shelter for your bicycles.

For parking, 2 places are reserved for you in the car park.
