The flat comprises
- An entrance hall leading to the kitchen and a bright living room with sofa, TV and dining table, with access to the garden.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with 4-burner hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine and all necessary utensils.
- A master bedroom with a bed (160x200cm bed) and storage space.
- A sleeping area with a bed (140x200cm).
- A sumptuous bathroom with bathtub and large washbasin.
You will also have the chance to enjoy a very pleasant garden and a vast terrace equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds opening onto a magnificent panoramic view of the Antibes-Villeneuve-Loubet bay.
The barbecue has been removed, following too many problems with the tenants. Sorry.
Very well equipped flat, tastefully furnished and air-conditioned, the garden is sunny most of the day, you will love staying here.
Of course, you will have access to Wifi free of charge.
## Access
MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.
The entire flat, the garden, the parking space and the swimming pool are available to you so that you can make the most of your stay here.
HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen from a professional laundry service that we also offer.
One bath towel per person is included.
We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)
