Our flat is bright, functional and comfortable.


The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift. It has air conditioning, which is essential in summer in Juan les Pins.


The beautiful 14 m2 terrace, which is not overlooked and overlooks green spaces, will enable you to enjoy your meals and take advantage of the mild afternoon and early evening sun...


The 27 m2 studio offers a particularly large and comfortable bed for 2 people (Queen size - dimensions 160cmx200cm).


## Access

MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent on the day of arrival.


The entire studio will be at your disposal.


HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen by a professional laundry service which we also offer.

One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel.


PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.).


Here are the steps that our service providers follow during the cleaning
-Airing the rooms.

-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables etc...).

-Bed linen and bath linen washed at high temperature by a professional laundry.

## Neighborhood

The residence is located next to the Jardin Pauline, in a leafy area on the edge of the city centre. As a result, you benefit from a calm and relaxing environment, while being less than 400 m from the sandy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.


This privileged location means that all the streets around the residence offer free parking spaces. Our travellers love to leave their car, untouched, for their entire stay and do absolutely everything on foot!


- We will also provide you with our recommendations for renting bicycles (electric or not), a very nice way to get around Juan les Pins and Antibes quickly and easily.


## Transit

You will have easy access to the various means of public transport

- The train station is less than 10 min away on foot (750 m). It provides easy access by train to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Italy.


- There are 2 bus stops close to our residence. These will take you to Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, the pretty villages of Vallauris, Valbonne and Biot, as well as Sophia Antipolis and its many schools, universities and businesses.
