Charming 32 m2 studio located in the centre of Juan les Pins just a few metres from the beaches. Basement parking in a building 50 m away is included with the flat.


You will be delighted to be staying in this charming studio apartment, which has been renovated to a very high standard, tastefully decorated and equipped with air conditioning.

You'll have the chance to enjoy a balcony with an exceptional sea view over the Lerins islands, bathed in sunshine all day long thanks to its south-facing position.

It is equipped with a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a 140x200cm sofa bed, storage space, a bathroom with shower, single washbasin unit and WC.

You will be located right in the heart of the town, on the seafront, with absolutely every point of interest, restaurants, bars, supermarket.


The flat will be ready and clean for your arrival.


## Access

MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.


The entire flat is reserved for you as well as a car park located in a neighbouring building 50 m away.


HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen from a professional laundry service which we also offer.

One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, paper towels, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin liners, floor products, kitchen towels, etc.


PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for a cleaning service if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)


NOTE: The accommodation must be left clean after each rental, sanitary facilities cleaned, kitchen put away, dustbins, fridge and dishwasher emptied


Here are the steps that our service providers follow during cleaning
-Airing the rooms.

-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables etc...).

-Bed linen and bath linen washed at high temperature by a professional laundry.
