Very bright 60 m2 flat comprising 2 bedrooms (opening onto a parallel street, totally quiet), 1 large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, a suspended toilet.
Tastefully renovated, typical of old Antibes (exposed stonework and beams, high ceilings).
Apartment selected by a fashion brand for a photo shoot.
It is located in the heart of the old town, at the entrance to the Provencal market. Close to beaches, restaurants/pubs, museums, ramparts...
A parking card for the "Pré des pécheurs" car park will be provided.

## Access
MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent on the day of arrival.
The entire flat is accessible so that you can make the most of your stay, as is the access card for the private car park.
HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housework is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen from a professional laundry service that we also offer.
One bath towel per person is included.
We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for a cleaning service if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)
NOTE: The accommodation must be left clean after each rental, sanitary facilities cleaned, kitchen put away, dustbins, fridge and dishwasher emptied

-Airing the rooms.
-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables etc...).
-Bed linen and bath linen washed at high temperature by a professional laundry.

Apartment located in the heart of old Antibes, at the entrance to the Provencal market. The rooms overlook rue Guillaumont and are completely quiet.

You'll love being right in the heart of our pretty town of Antibes.
The Provencal market is a must for sampling the local flavours (spices, socca, local vegetables, tapenade...).
The souvenir shops, the beaches of course, the lovely walks along the ramparts during a fireworks display, the Picasso museum, the billionaires' quay at the Port Vauban, the Fort Carré. There's something to suit all tastes, both visual and for those who enjoy a good meal or simply a stroll....
There are numerous bars and pubs all around the port, as well as many restaurants...
Juan les pins is a 5-minute drive away.
Cannes is 15-20 min away.
Nice and the airport are 25 min away.
For Monaco and the Italian border, allow 1 hour by motorway.
## Transit
The Port Vauban is 400 m from the flat, you can park at the private car park Qpark "Pré des Pécheurs - Port Vauban".
It is very difficult to park in the old town, and this car park is the nearest.
Important: Parking packages are available if you book via the website, and their prices are cheaper if you pre-book.
The Antibes train station is a 10-15 minute walk along the Port Vauban.
