Charming 30 m2 studio located in a small, quiet street close to the Siesta beach and the Fort Carré, in absolute peace and quiet.


You will be delighted to be staying in this charming studio, which has been renovated to a very high standard and tastefully decorated.


It features a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (with washing machine), a 140x200cm sofa bed and two bunk beds, storage space, a bathroom with shower, single washbasin unit and WC.


You'll have the chance to enjoy a small balcony with a sunny sea view all day long thanks to its south-facing position.


You'll be just a few minutes' drive from the heart of the old town, with absolutely all the places of interest, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The flat will be ready and clean for your arrival.


HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen hire from a professional laundry which we also offer.

One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel.


PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.).


Here are the steps that our service providers follow during the cleaning
-Airing the rooms.

-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables, etc.).

-Bed linen and bath towels washed at high temperature by a professional laundry


## Access

MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

I am available 24 hours a day for any information you may require and would be delighted to advise you on possible activities around our charming town.

Antibes railway station is a 5-10 min walk.
