Charming 2 rooms located at the entrance of the old Antibes. Port Vauban area.

You will love staying in this superb 50 m2 flat, respecting the typical charm of old Antibes.


The flat is connected to the WIFI/ TV by internet and air-conditioned, it is composed of :


A large living room with 1 sofa bed (bench for 2 people), a TV and a dining table.

A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a counter that doubles as a dining table.

One bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, en-suite bathroom and toilet.


ATTENTION: There is no lift.


The flat will be ready and clean for your arrival.


CLEANING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen from a professional laundry service that we also offer.

One towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel, etc.


ATTENTION: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.).


Here are the steps that our service providers follow during cleaning
-Air the rooms.

-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables, etc.).

-Bed linen and bath towels washed at high temperature by a professional laundry.


## Access

MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.


The entire flat is accessible to you so that you can make the most of your stay here.

I am at your disposal 24 hours a day for any information you may need and will be delighted to advise you on possible activities around our charming town.


## Neighborhood

Right in the heart of the old town, you have all the activities around you.

You'll love being right in the heart of our lovely town of Antibes.

The Provencal market is just 5 minutes away, a must for sampling the local flavours (spices, socca, local vegetables, tapenade, etc.).

Souvenir shops, beaches of course, lovely walks along the ramparts during a fireworks display, the Picasso museum, the billionaires' quay at Port Vauban, the Fort Carré. It's all just 5 minutes from the flat.

There's something to suit all tastes, both visual and for those who enjoy a good meal or simply a stroll....

You'll find numerous bars/pubs all around the port and many restaurants...


Juan les Pins is a 5-minute drive away.

Cannes is 15-20 min away.

Nice is 20 minutes away.

For Monaco and the Italian border, allow 1 hour on the motorway.


## Transit

The Port Vauban is 100 m from the flat, you can park at the private car park Qpark "Les Pêcheurs - Port Vauban" or at "La Poste" which is 50 m from the flat.

It is very difficult to park in the old town, and this car park is the nearest.


Please note Parking packages are available if you book via the website, and prices are cheaper if you pre-book.


Antibes train station is a 5-10 minute walk along the Port Vauban.
