On a shared property, we offer a charming 40m² house in Biscarrosse that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The location is ideal for a week or more with family or friends, as you can easily walk or cycle to Lake Biscarrosse for boating or paddleboarding, and you have close access to the Landes cycle paths.
You are also just 12km from Biscarrosse beach for surfing lessons.
The house comprises a living room with a TV/Wi-Fi area and a sofa bed that sleeps two, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc., a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage, and a shower room with WC. Outside, a garden with garden furniture surrounds the house, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
Several parking spaces are available on the property.
Your pets (cats or dogs) are welcome.
A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Bed linen: from €20 per bed per week, bath kit: from €15 per person per week, high chair/cot: from €10 per week Property managed by a professional.

It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days.

Maisonnette très fonctionnelle, au calme, convient à un couple. La climatisation est très appréciable. Le propriétaire est très agréable, discret, donne de bons conseils gastronomiques.
manque un peu d'intimité avec le voisin de droite qui reste malgré tout très discret
agréable calme ,bcp d'espace exteriere ,bien localisé,logement bien equipé.

le couchage sur le canapé lit un peu compliqué surtout pour le maintien des draps (impossible de border le drap housse) et manque d'oreillers suplementaires .mon epoux s'est retrouvé directement sur le revètement du canapé ,pas top !!!
