Sa situation géographique, la vue magnifique sur la vallée depuis le balcon, appartement côté Sud, ses équipements (ustensiles de cuisine).
Son insonorisation (voisin du dessus bruyant notamment la nuit (🤨).
Pas de commerce à proximité.
