This well-appointed chalet in St Jean de Sixt sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room.
There is also a family bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential close on the edge of the village, it's a great choice for two families.
It has a large lawned garden, a covered terrace and a games/TV room where children can do their own thing while the adults relax downstairs. The open-plan living area enjoys great views of the garden and mountains, and when it's too cold to sit outside on the covered terrace, you can light the fire and gather on the sofas in the living room.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and the dining table is big enough for everyone to eat together and there's more seating at the breakfast bar, which is a great place for a quick snack or a children's supper. Picture windows flood the living areas with light, and make the most of the great view.
The garden is the perfect place for children to let off steam, or to relax after an active day in the mountains. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival.

L'emplacement, le calme, le centre ville à proximité (à pied), les services de navettes entre La Clusaz, le Grand-Bornand et Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. La proximité d'Annecy. Le stationnement pour 3 voitures.
Pas de check-in. Vaisselle et couverts en nombre insuffisant pour 8 personnes (résolu après contact WhatsApp). Plaques de propreté de certaines portes non maintenues par des vis donc les poignées étaient "laches", ampoules des salles de bains grillées et non remplacées malgré un rappel WhatsApp.

Très beau chalet, très confortable, avec de beaux équipements et un emplacement idéal. L’étage est très bien aménagé avec de grandes chambres doubles et un agréable coin salon. Magnifique jardin bien entretenu. Salon de jardin et canapés extérieurs très agréables. Jolie vue.

Un excellent séjour dans un magnifique chalet. Tout est réuni pour des vacances réussies. Le chalet offre tout le confort nécessaire, est très accueillant, très propre, et dispose d’équipements au top. Très bien situé à proximité du Grand-Bornand, d’Annecy et de ses alentours. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
