Splendid penthouse in the heart of the historic centre of Naples, a stone's throw from Via Toledo and the main places of interest.


The flat is on the fifth floor of a building, in the centre of the movida of Naples, with no lift and therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment consists of a very bright living area with a single sofa bed, coffee table and a minimal bookcase, a reading area with an armchair that can be converted into a single bed and an independent kitchen fully equipped with oven and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

A large furnished terrace overlooking the city completes the flat.

Free WiFi, air conditioning in the bedroom, independent heating and a washing machine will be available in the flat.

If there is one place that symbolises Naples, it is Piazza del Plebiscito, now a symbol of the new 'Neapolitan Renaissance' where tourists come to admire its grandeur and two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Royal Palace. Today it is also possible to visit 'the underground city', or the so-called 'belly of Naples', which served the Neapolitans as a refuge during the bombing raids, where tourists can walk through the Greco-Roman aqueduct, the air-raid shelters and finally visit the War Museum.

The San Severo Chapel, which houses the sculpture of the Veiled Christ, one of the most fascinating and mysterious works of art to be seen in Naples, the work of Giuseppe Sanmartino, is especially worth a visit.

The flat is located 2, 5 km from Naples Central Station, while the airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
