The apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
A COMMUNAL ski room between the two apartments in the chalet, with a laundry room (washer and dryer), boot and glove dryer, and ski storage.
- 1 Main Room comprising:
A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, single sink, extractor hood, oven, microwave.
A dining area with a table, chairs, and a French window opening onto a small balcony facing EAST.
A spacious and bright living room with a TV, tastefully decorated, and a sofa.
- 1 Master Suite with two single beds (2x90x200) with a wardrobe, a shower, a vanity unit, and a small balcony.
- 1 Bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) with storage.
- 1 Separate WC.
- A shower room with a heated towel rail, double vanity unit, and WC.
- A mezzanine with 4 single beds (90x200), wardrobes, and chests of drawers.
It is forbidden to plug an electric vehicle into a domestic socket, as this poses risks of overheating, fire, and overload that could damage the chalet's electrical circuit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Ski room and laundry room are shared with the second apartment.
- A bicycle storage area with a washing station for cleaning them outdoors.
- Pets ALLOWED (except for dogs of categories 1 and 2).
- WIFI.
- Raclette grill.

- No private parking space.
- Bed linen and towels NOT PROVIDED.
