Welcome to Kitzbühel, and we hope to welcome you to our house soon! Our house features individually designed apartments, cozily furnished for you by skilled carpenters.
We are located above Kitzbühel at an altitude of 900m, a healthy air spa area.
Situated above the Kitzbühel-Kaps Tennis Center and Golf Course, in a quiet, unobstructed south-facing location, yet only 2.5 km from the town center.
We are in the heart of the hiking area! You can set off on numerous hikes directly from our house.
For our younger guests, we offer a paradise around our house, free from road noise, enclosed by a fence, where you can watch the cows grazing.
A safe play area.
Of course, a free high chair and cot are available! For our adult guests, a wonderfully large garden with sunbathing lawns, sunshades, and loungers, as well as a log cabin with a barbecue area for self-service grilling! Here you can also round off your day late into the evening by lantern light! Other Information Our apartments are fully equipped, including bed linen, bath towels, and free Wi-Fi.
A separate ski room is available! Please observe our booking, payment, and cancellation conditions as stated in our price list! We recommend taking out travel insurance.
