This independent house with its terrace (15 m²), its enclosed courtyard (500 m²) and its enclosed grounds (500 m²) has retained a certain character.
Nearby: Yssingeaux 3 km (greenway, town hall, museums, country of juices, church, weekly market, all shops and services), Lavalette leisure center 10 km (departmental sailing and rowing base, bathing). On the ground floor: large living room (TV, wood stove), kitchen, toilet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 2 120 cm beds, 2 90 cm bunk beds, 1 baby bed with bars), shower room-wc.
