The apartment in a holiday home at about 1350 metres above sea level, offers an atmospheric retreat. As soon as you cross the threshold, you immediately notice the distinctive Tyrolean interior. In the inviting living kitchen with generous dining table, you'll get together cosily after a fun day in the region. The Tiroler Oberland summer card and winter card Basic is included in your stay. Delicious!
Shrouded in the fresh mountain air, Fendels embraces you with its charming houses with colourful flower boxes adorning the streets. It is a place where the sun gently kisses the mountain peaks and the meadows invite you to take a peaceful walk, where each step gives you a deeper insight into the harmony between man and nature. The house is very close to the Fendels mountain railway (200 m), allowing you to trek to the ski area on foot without difficulty. With lots of snow, you can even ski straight to the house! The top ski area of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis is just 15 km away


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
