This beautiful flat is very bright with high ceilings, has a large bright living room of 35 m², solid oak flooring and quality equipment, it has wifi. With a surface area of 90 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it has a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200), a nice bathroom (with a large Italian shower and double basins).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

As always with Cocoonr, your flat is ready to live in: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and you have wifi access included in the price of your booking.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Richemont car park (paying) located 300m from the flat. For up to 2 hours: We recommend that you park in the Place de la République car park (pay car park - €1.20 per hour). You can also park in the Saint-Joseph car park (free) 400 m away or in the Parking des Capucins along the port.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, 5 minutes away by car.
- Taxis or car hire: Rent a car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1h15 by car.
- Bus line 300m away, very well served.
