This delightful cottage is perfect for couples looking for an exclusive getaway.
The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with spectacular views of our small marina and out over the River Yare.
Upstairs, a beautiful double bedroom with a very spacious bathroom.
A small balcony provides stunning views up the river and out over the Broads.
To the rear of the cottage (via external side access) is a large private courtyard complete with sunken hot tub, outside dining area and gas BBQ.

Building Work Improvement works to the quay heading on the far side of the Marina from the Cottages will be taking place.
Work will be carried out Monday to Saturday and depending on available light, from 8:30am until 5pm.
The owners have assured us they will do their upmost to keep any disruption to a minimum.
Security Deposit £150 security deposit required on arrival.
This will be a pre-authorisation transaction on a card.
Group Bookings/Party Types All single sex groups must be authorised.
If accepted, a higher security deposit will be requested.

Arrival Information If arriving on a Saturday the reception will be unmanned, if you require any assistance please contact our team on 07501 453586 Fishing permits (per cottage) is £10, payable upon arrival.
Restricted to fishing season 16th June to 16th March.
A rod license is required.
For boat hire and activities, call the park Limited availability, please book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note there is a £150 security deposit required on arrival.
Check in times are only between 3pm and 5pm, If you plan to arrive outside of these time please contact the park Please note the size of the pull out bed in the lounge is slightly smaller than a standard double so is more suitable to 1 adult or 2 children however the park do allow 2 adults to sleep on this providing you are aware.
The hot tub is accessed via a walkway leading from the front to the rear of the cottage In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.

We enjoyed staying in this delightfully situated cottage on the banks of the river Yare so much. Also making full use of the hot tub.Such a chilled place to stay yet so close to Norwich and the coast.Loved it.

Second time we have stayed here and will be returning next year. Accommodation is lovely, clean and has everything we need for a weekend away. The view is amazing and the hot tub is a lovely added bonus. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend
