Beachfront apartment of approximately 70 m², just steps from the central market.
This apartment is located on the seafront promenade, in a period building on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It comprises an entrance hall and a living room with two small balconies facing the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic and gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
A separate toilet is also included. The first bedroom has a small balcony facing the sea and a double bed (180x200 cm - two 90x200 cm mattresses and bed bases joined together). The second bedroom, which serves as an office, has a double sofa bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (two 90x190 cm beds and one 90x190 cm bed). Linens are not provided.
Apartment 125 has free Wi-Fi. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or bank check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €120. Optional services: - End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €120 (subject to availability). - Baby cot and high chair: €20/week, subject to availability. - Linen rental, to be reserved in advance: loclinge (Free delivery with code C700-72B32). Nous avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants en bas âges. L’emplacement est clairement le point fort de ce logement. idéalement situé si on aime être en plein coeur de ville et ne pas toucher sa voiture du séjour.
Logement dans son jus mais pour autant dispose d’une belle superficie et de tout ce qu’il faut des vacances
