We are offering this charming 75 m² flat for rent in the town of Les Angles, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a terrace as well as a garden of around 80 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, sofa bed, armchairs and a dining area. - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200). - Bedroom 2: bunk beds. - A bathroom with a shower. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - A terrace of approximately 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron. The flat is ideally situated in Les Angles, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Nearby: - Angléo Spa - Shuttle bus to the slopes just 10 metres from the flat. - Lake Matemale - Puyvalador - Spain, 36 km away Activities: In winter: - Les Angles ski resort: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snake gliss… - Dog sledding, ice diving, - Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa… - Lou Bac Mountain activities, Bike Park, mountain bike trails, hiking, orienteering… In summer: - Walks and water activities on the shores of Lake Matemale - Bike Park, mountain bike trails, hikes, orienteering courses, paragliding, Les Angles en Capcir Wildlife Park... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the outdoor car park at the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Shuttle buses to the various parts of the town and the ski area. - Nearest railway station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, approximately 20 minutes’ drive away. - Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport, approximately 1 hour 40 minutes’ drive away. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - A cot and high chair are available on request. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to availability from the concierge service.

Le confort et l’équipement luxueux de l’appartement
Si je n’ai rien à redire sur l’appartement c’est par contre à votre description de présentation qu’il y a beaucoup à redire :
1- l’appart n’est pas au 3ème sans ascenseur mais au -1 donc on ne monte pas mais on descend d’un étage .
2- donc l’appart est au 1er étage de la résidence qui n’en comporte...
