In Saint-Nectaire le haut, a tastefully renovated and fully-equipped 55m² house with views over the church and the valley.
It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4.
You can relax in the 500m² garden, or enjoy lunch on the terrace with a superb view.
The open-plan kitchen includes two ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Autonomous arrival at the agency possible, the balance and deposit must be paid in advance.
Options that must be requested when booking
(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)
- Linen kit including:
* Large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)
* Small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€) .
* Bath towels at 5€ each ( 55 *120), at the end of your stay, take them home with you!
-Cleaning at the end of your stay obligatory.
The keys (arrival and departure) are handed over at the Saint-Nectaire agency.
Pets are accepted for a fee of €30 per pet per stay (up to a limit of 2)
A compulsory deposit of €800 (non-cashable) will be required. (cheque or bank transfer)
