The house has been tastefully renovated and is fully equipped for a stay with a partner or family. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. You can relax in the 500m² garden or have lunch on the terrace while enjoying a superb view. The terrace with its view of the church will allow you to enjoy your meals or aperitifs with a southern exposure and a magnificent view. Key collection and return is done autonomously at our Saint-Nectaire office using our connected key box. Options to be requested at the time of booking: (ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable) - Linen kit including: * Double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (€30) * Single bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (€15) * Bath towel at 5 euros each (55*120), take them home with you at the end of your stay! - End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory. Key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency. Pets are accepted for a fee of €30 per pet per stay (maximum of 2). A mandatory security deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be required. (cheque or bank imprint)

Good walks 30 mins drive or less. Great views. Birdsong absolutely amazing. Solenne at Sandy Immobilier was very helpful in sorting our problems paying the deposit.
Sofa was ok but a little uncomfortable. Accommodation felt a little cool although the radiators warmed it through. The deposit was clearly stated in the terms and conditions but it was very high compared to other properties we have rented. Holding onto the deposit for three weeks after we had vacated the property was a concern for us.

Pouvoir découvrir une ville auvergnate et ses habitants de l'intérieur, pouvoir flâner le soir dans et autour de la commune grâce à un emplacement bien commode! le jardin est un + pour ne pas se sentir étouffer par la promiscuité en prime. La maison est bien conçue je trouve, simple et propre!
La maison est bien isolée, mais sans doute plus pour le froid que pour le chaud... Nous avons souvent dû fermer pour éviter le soleil, et donc se priver de la jolie vue! La maison dispose d'un parasol mais c'est un peu juste (et avec le vent...) Un store banne sur la terrasse? une pergolas pour les canicules à venir pour garder de plaisir de cette vue si jolie?
