In a small country hamlet, a few kilometers from the medieval village of Murol, this country house with its old-fashioned features comprises a living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen.
Upstairs, a reading area with access to the rear and three large bedrooms. A terrace with garden furniture awaits you in the shade of a large lilac tree. You will find Auvergne artisanal products, a honey farm, an educational farm, and sales of farm-fresh Saint Nectaire cheese. Ideal for hikers, families, foodies, epicureans, and lovers of wide-open spaces. Self-check-in at the agency with our smart locker; the balance and security deposit must be settled in advance. Options to be requested upon booking: (PLEASE NOTE: our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable) - Linen kit including: * Double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (€30) * Single bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (€15). * Bath towels at €5 each (55*120 cm); at the end of your stay, you can take them home with you! - End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory. Key collection (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency. Pets are accepted for €30 per pet per stay (limited to 2). A mandatory security deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be required. (check or bank imprint) We wish to clarify that this is a rustic stone country house.
This means that dust may be present during haymaking season and cobwebs will reappear daily.
This does not justify the cleaning not being done, but rather that you are in the heart of the countryside!
