The chalet has 150m² of living space and 300m² of land.
Close to restaurants and shops.The house comprises a large living room with open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 WCs, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.
Parking for up to 4 cars.
Baby equipment included.
The keys are received and returned at our office in Saint-Nectaire independently using our connected key box.
Options that must be requested when booking
(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)
- Linen kit including
* double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)
* small bed :Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€)
*Bath towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of your stay, take them home !
-Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory.
The keys (arrival and departure) are handed over at the Saint-Nectaire agency.
A compulsory deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be requested (cheque or bank imprint).
Pets are accepted for a fee of €30 per pet per stay (up to a limit of 2).
No gatherings for parties are permitted.The property is semi-enclosed.

Le nombre de chambres, le coin repas.
PB1: Prise et dépôt des clés différents du lieu du logement
PB2: Les horaires de départ imposés sont trop tôt. On ne loue pas pour 24h mais seulement du soir d'arrivée au départ le lendemain ou surlendemain avant 10h.
PB3: Les casseroles sont inadaptées aux plaques de cuisson.
Idéalement placée, confortable.

Grande salle de jeux avec billard, baby foot...
Nous étions 13 au maximum et nous n'aurions pas tous tenus autour de la table si nous avions été 15.
