Equipped for 7 people, it comprises: - on the ground floor, a living room opening onto a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker), a bedroom with its own shower room, and a separate toilet. - on the lower level, two bedrooms, each opening onto a second terrace, a small bedroom (without a window), a laundry room, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
With its two lovely terraces, you can enjoy the sun, the beautiful sea view, and al fresco dining – something to delight everyone.
This secure residence has a shared private parking area.
