Located in the heart of Saint Pair sur Mer, come and stay in this beautiful beachfront duplex apartment in the "Les Hélianthes" residence, with direct access to the beach.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room opening onto a lovely terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bunk bed, a sleeping alcove with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine).
Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful beachfront terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for admiring the sunset.
Pets are not allowed.
