Comfortable 55sqm apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of an historical building with lift (NOT suitable to disabled people). The accommodation is located in the center of Palermo, near the port, the Massimo Theater and the Politeama Garibaldi Theater; from here, it is possible to easily reach all the main points of interest in the city on foot and by public transport.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 32-inch TV, dining table, split A/C, access to the balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with stovetop, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, kitchenware, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet and toilet;
-TWO BALCONIES.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, air conditioning with heat pump (living room), and hairdryer.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
The apartment is located in Via Mariano Stabile, a short distance from the Politeama Garibaldi Theater and the Massimo Theater, in a quiet area, at the same time characterized by all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, cinema, bars and restaurants). Thanks to public transport or on foot, it is possible to easily reach the main points of interest in the city: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Catacombs of the Capuchins, and the Fontana Pretoria.
In the center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region. Lo stato dell’appartamento e i mobili non sono quelli rappresentati in foto. Non è stato curato nel tempo, l’aspetto quindi discosta molto da quanto presentato nel sito.La posizione è comunque ottima per girare la città a piedi.

Schöne, saubere kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Allerdings schaut man aus den Fenstern direkt auf eine Hauswand und es gibt keine Balkone.

L’appartamento è inserito in un condominio molto signorile nel quartiere più residenziale di Palermo a pochi pochi passi dal teatro Massimo. Nonostante tutto è stato piuttosto semplice trovare parcheggio per la macchina nelle vicinanze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
