Cozy 100 sqm apartment on two levels, recently renovated, able to accommodate 4 people, located on the 1st floor (NO lift) of a three-story building.
The property is located in a quiet residential area of Siena, equipped with all the main services and well served by public transport, thanks to which it is possible to reach the historic center in just a few minutes. The accommodation consists of living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three balconies. The inside is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, ceiling fan and TV; - BEDROOM I with two single beds, desk, wardrobe, ceiling fan and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - TWO BALCONIES (balcony with access from the entrance equipped with outdoor table and chairs and second balcony with access from bedroom I); -> UPPER LEVEL (attic): - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM II with bath, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited pocket wifi, independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom on the upper level), fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment can accommodate children, however, please pay attention to the stairs to reach the upper level. It is possible to store bicycles on the balcony. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
