We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Orcières, this charming apartment of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a nice bedroom separated by curtains, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m² accessible from a balcony. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 17 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and a dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker, Nespresso coffee...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m² giving access to an enclosed garden by a few steps, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Orcières in the heart of the village in front of the town hall, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Possible activities :
Winter sports: Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snow scooter, ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities.
Wellness: swimming pool, disco, cinema...
Thrills: parachutes, zip line, accrobranche...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the apartment on the parking lot of the town hall.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free shuttle bus.
- Nearest train station: Gap train station located at about 45 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble airport located at 2h30 by car.
Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- To access the apartment in winter, you must use the stairs of the residence and not the outside because of the risk of ice.
