The holiday home has been renovated.
The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2026 and includes a washer-dryer. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The living/dining area includes an open-plan kitchen with a kitchenette (equipped with a Senseo Switch coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc.). The dining table can seat up to 6 people, and a high chair and travel cot with an extra mattress are also provided.
The living room, equipped with a Smart TV, provides access to the large terrace.
WLAN is available to guests free of charge. On the upper floor, there are two further rooms, each with two single beds. Please bring your own duvet covers, bed sheets, towels, and dish towels. According to the regulations that came into effect on April 1, 2025, the town of Bad Arolsen charges an annual spa tax of €2 for adults and €1 for children between 10 and 15 years old per night, year-round.
This is not included in the travel price. Approximately 100 meters from the house, opposite the mini-golf course, there is an EWF charging station (Type 2 - 22kW) for electric cars. We expressly point out that the holiday home is a non-smoking house.
Smoking is only permitted outside the house.
There is an ashtray provided on the terrace. Please ensure that pets are not allowed on the couch or in the beds.

Die für das Haus zuständige Dame hat sich beim Telefonat für den Schmutz entschuldigt. Sie war sehr freundlich. Da wir am Feiertag da waren hatte sie jedoch keine Möglichkeit jemanden zu schicken.
