Chalet Sedes is a charming chalet in Mallorca, with beautiful views, located a few minutes walk from the Natural Reserve Ses Fonts Ufanes and in an extremely quiet area, where you can fully enjoy nature, tranquility and a beautiful stay with family or friends.



At the entrance to the villa there is a kitchen open to the living and dining room. The whole atmosphere is rustic in style, very bright, with high ceilings with wooden beams and white walls. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern facilities and equipment you may need during your holiday.



The living room has comfortable armchairs and a TV with satellite channels where you can enjoy watching a film, or reading a good book. There is free Wifi throughout the house.




Chalet Sedes has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom to the right of the kitchen, with two single beds and opposite another bedroom with a 1.20 bed for single use. This bedroom has stone details and fitted wardrobes.



At the end of the living room there is a modern bathroom with shower and to the right a single step down to a large bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious and has a bathtub, shower and bidet.



Across two steps is a final bedroom with a 1.20m single bed for a good night's rest.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.




From the kitchen/dining room there is a door that opens onto the terrace which is partially covered with a thatched roof so you can enjoy an outdoor meal.



At the outside of the house, there is a laundry room and a large brick barbecue. There is also a portable barbecue so you can enjoy your culinary delights wherever you like.



The exterior of the house stands out for its stone details and large swimming pool surrounded by majestic mountain views. The pool is ideal for families as it is surrounded by a gated area making it a safe place to go with children. Sun loungers are available for relaxing and enjoying the sun.



The use of a car is necessary and there is plenty of space available outside the house for parking.



Situated in a great area with a mountain backdrop Chalet Sedes is only 10 minutes from the Ses Fons de Ufanes Nature Reserve, and 15 minutes from the amazing caves of Campanet, and a 5 minute drive from Campanet.


Campanet is a small and cosy village situated on top of a small hill. In the village, you will find a wide variety of cafés, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with cosy atmospheres and folklore. On any Tuesday, you could visit its open air market and find fresh farm produce.


The old town of Pollensa or the beach of Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby resorts, located within a 20 minute drive from here. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro are also within the same distance.
