On the border of Berry and Limousin, this former farmhouse welcomes you to a peaceful, natural setting, close to the Sandian sites and the Creuse Valley.
Ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. Fishing - Private pond and river: A pond stocked with carp, roach, and perch is available 300 meters away.
Storage space is provided for your fishing equipment. The Vauvre River, a first-category fishing river, is 300 meters away at the foot of the pond. Nearby attractions: The Guéret Wolf Park Lake Éguzon George Sand's House in Nohant The beautiful landscapes of the Creuse Valley.
Single-story accommodation, ideal for a simple and relaxing stay. It comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining room, a living room with a dining area, furnished with a single bed and a sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. The shower room and toilet are separate. Electric heating is charged according to consumption. Outside, you will enjoy a private enclosed garden, located directly opposite the cottage, with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.
A garage is available. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) - €50 Bed linen - €12 Property managed by a professional.
