END-OF-STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €100 / Optional linen: see prices with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A deposit for accommodation (€500) and a cleaning deposit (€100) will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not debited) or cheque.

Odeur de renfermé par manque de ventilation.
Humidité ambiante
Absence de climatisation malgré chaleur importante
État des lieux impossible à suivre : tous les ustensiles (fourchettes, couteaux, …) sont répertoriés (2 pages en petits caractères)

La literie mériterai un coup de jeune (oreillers bien usés)
Emplacement proche lac, parking à proximité, plutôt bien équipé (dont 2 ventilateurs utile quand il ny a pas d'air).
Jardinet fermé très, surtout avec un chien!
