In a quiet street in the heights of Arcachon, between the city center and the town of Winter, T2 apartment, approximately 55 m², on the garden level of a house.
The upstairs can be inhabited during rentals. You enter through the kitchen, it is equipped with a stove (gas hob and oven), fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Its living room with a 140 cm sofa bed offers you two beds, its TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI) and its small dining area. A bedroom with a 140cm bed for two people and its wardrobe, and an adjoining bathroom with WC. You have a beautiful terrace equipped with barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends. Parking is on the descent which leads to the garage to which you do not have access, and further down, another terrace is available. You are a 10-minute walk from all the shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as restaurants and beaches to organize your picnics and swimming afternoons on our beautiful days.
Without forgetting the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends. A sunny vacation is waiting for you! ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for a week, bathroom kit: €18 for one person and a week.
Baby chair / baby bed: €10 / week.

A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region. It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days.

En période de canicule logement un peu chaud, il n'y a qu'un seul ventilateur.
Très bonne situation géographique, proche de la ville d'hiver, du supermarché, et pas très loin de la plage et de la gare tout en étant au calme. Parfait quand on n'a pas ...
