Le balcon avec la vue est top. Super vue, on ne s en lasse pas
Il manque un canapé ou une méridienne à la place des deux fauteuils en rotin. Cela permettrait même de faire un petit lit pour un enfant. Dommage

Tres belle vue sur la plage et la mer, un plaisir chaque matin en ouvrant le volet. Appartement très pratique et fonctionnel.
Manque de confort en assise à l intérieur. Il faut utiliser les fauteuils en plastique de la terrasse. Un bon petit canapé sous l escalier serait utile.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöner Strandblick. Leider an einigen Stellen ( Bad, Schlaf/Wohnzimmer, Eingangsbereich) Schimmelbefall.
