In a luxury residence, with swimming pool, 4-room duplex apartment, with a capacity of 6 people, with an area of approximately 78m² with a small private garden facing north with a view of the estuary of the Dives.
The apartment includes: a living room/lounge (TV and Internet access) opening onto a terrace and a private garden, a semi-open kitchen (with a dishwasher, 4 hotplates, a traditional oven, a microwave oven and a a fridge with freezer), a bedroom (160x200 bed) overlooking the garden, a bathroom (shower), separate WC; upstairs: a landing room, a second bedroom (2 twin beds 80x200), a bathroom (shower) with WC and a third bedroom on the mezzanine (160x200 bed and TV).
A parking space in the basement.
Pets are accepted in this rental. Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 70E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (let us know a few days before arrival), cot (25E/ week). Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival THE RESIDENCE: Recent luxury residence (2005), with unheated outdoor swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), facing the Marina of Port Guillaume. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement bien situé dans une résidence calme avec piscine.Seul bémol,la propreté.Des moquettes tachées et viellottes dans les chambres, de la poussière sur les meubles et des toiles d'araignée dans les coins
de chaque pièces,c'est un peu dommage.

Horrific to say the least! The property is extremely dated and hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for what appeared to be years. The location, view and area was lovely but unfortunately the state of the property ruined our holiday; we only stayed to avoid disappointing the kids! It may just about h...
