We appreciate the entirely closed and wooded park of the gite for good moments of relaxation, as well as the care taken in the renovation of the place and the comfort of the equipment at your disposal.
Lou Cacha Niuc is ideal for discovering the many treasures of the Lot: medieval villages among the most beautiful in France, near the Dordogne river, many classified sites, while staying in a comfortable and quiet house.
On a closed and wooded ground of 1500m², house with a veranda and its garden furniture, then on the same level: a living room composed of a kitchen area with integrated and fully equipped elements, and a lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV and dining room, laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher, 1 bedroom with a trundle bed 90 + an extra bed for one person, bathroom, separate wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, wc.
