Stone country house, very nicely restored and offering you large indoor and outdoor spaces and a very nice view.
The cottage is quietly located in the countryside, near the Lot valley.
Covered shelter, courtyard, 1/2 closed ground surrounded by dry stones, bowling green, covered terrace.
Private swimming pool (10m X 5m X 0.90m to 1.60m) heated from May 1 to September 30, fenced.
WIFI / FIBER Ground floor: Fitted kitchen - dining room with fireplace, separate living room, 1 bedroom and mobile air conditioner (1 bed 1.60m), Shower room, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and portable air conditioner, each with a bathroom and wc (2x3 beds 0.90m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m) with bathroom (balneo bath) and wc. Laundry room (freezer, washing machine, sink, shower, wc). Clothes dryer, water softener.

PARAIT!!!!! Propriétaires très gentils, super accueil et plein de bons conseils. Maison très confortable où il ne manque rien. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Paradis des jeu pour enfants et adultes: piscine chauffée, balançoire, table de ping pong, terrain de foot......Région magnifique entre nature, culture et très bonne gastronomie.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ,tout était parfait ! La maison est très grande, bien équipée, très bien entretenue, les extérieurs également ,tout est fait pour la détente ,terrain de pétanque, piscine, jardin clos et le calme ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Calvignac, le gîte est très joli, très bien équipé, propre ,au calme. La piscine est grande et ses contours bien équipés en bain de soleil également. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et agréables.Vraiment rien à redire
