In a quiet environment, surrounded by green hills, La Roseraie is a pleasant contemporary house in the heart of the Dordogne Valley.
With its enclosed park planted with trees and flowers in front of the house, its 2 terraces and its pleasant, bright, functional interior where nothing is missing...La Roseraie has everything to please! This gite 3 kms from the Dordogne river ideal for swimming, fishing and canoeing, and about 20 km from Rocamadour is a very pleasant place to stay to discover the many riches of this valley.House adjoining the owners' house and separated by 2 garages (one for the owners, the other for holidaymakers).
House of 70m² with all the rooms on the ground floor: large living room (sofa bed with extra bed), with a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 bedrooms each with a 140 bed and built-in cupboard (possibility to add an extra bed in 90 in a bedroom with supplement to be seen with the owner), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.

Idéal pour un séjour au calme absolu.Excellent accueil, propriétaires très sympathiques, disponibles et cela en toute discrétion.Le logement est juste équipé comme il faut:-)Pour celui qui est accompagné d'un chien et qui aime juste entendre les oiseaux.....topissime :-)Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé: le gîte est bien situé, dans un endroit calme et qui nous permet de profiter des beaux paysages du Lot. Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter à moins d'une heure de route et de belles balades à prévoir.La maison est pratique, bien équipée, et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques!

Nous avons passé un ecellent séjour dans cette location équipée avec soin et lumineuse. Nous avons apprécié également sa situation idéale pour visiter la région mais aussi le calme idéal pour le repos .Le jardin est clos, super pour notre chienne. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très serviables : merci pour votre accueil.
