Totally self-contained gîte in the peaceful countryside typical of the causse. Close to Gramat (all shops and services) and Rocamadour. Swings, 2 sun loungers, Internet access. Possibility of visiting a working farm nearby. Caving on the property, a barn is available for caving equipment. From 1 October to 31 May, heating by wood pellet stove (€10 per bag) + electricity surcharge on meter reading (€0.23 per Kw). Hiking trails depart from the gîte. Great place for stargazing. Garden furniture, barbecue. Unenclosed grounds. Shared ping-pong table and children's games. Maximum of one pet per gîte (€25/stay). Guests of this gite may not use the property's swimming pool from the 2023 season. CAR CAMPING FORBIDDEN
