Completely independent house, on a large private plot (2000 m²), in a quiet area in Alvignac les eaux, halfway between Rocamadour and Padirac.
Close to the Dordogne Valley and the Causse de Gramat which offer many Lot treasures to discover and many marked hiking trails.
On the ground floor: Living room - Dining room - Kitchen (fully equipped in 2020), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40 m), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: Attic children's bedroom (2 beds 0.90 m).
Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, open ground.
Pets are not accepted.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte tant par le confort que par le propreté, extérieur très agréable et bien situé pour les visites. A env. 800 m à pied du village offrant le principal des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie/traiteur).Propriétaire très sympathique.Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésiter.

Très jolie maison a moins de 30 minutes d'activités pour les petits et les grands.Pensez à réserver sur internet ou par téléphone quelques jours ou semaines avant pour les grottes et les restaurants. Paysages magnifiques surtout Rocamadour. Propriétaire très gentil.A louer les yeu fermés

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. nous remercions Mme Paret pour son accueil très chaleureux. Le gîte est beau, propre, bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter dans un périmètre proche de nombreux sites. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin grâce au temps enfin estival.
