Located in the heart of the medieval city of Cahors, come and discover this house built in 1916, ideal for its location in the city center.
A former smoker's workshop that has kept some furniture from that period, this gite is atypical, combining modernity with originality and traces of the past neglected in these places.
Renovated in the 1980s, it provides two bedrooms upstairs, two large bright living rooms and the highlight of the gîte will undoubtedly be its south-facing glass roof, overlooking the small garden.
Family and friends will be there! Gîte of 180 m² with a large lounge/dining room (including a summer lounge) with a glass roof overlooking the garden (140 extra bed for 2 people), shower room and WC.
Upstairs, a second living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140, bathroom and WC.
Flower garden of 150 m² and closed garage.

The owners have a right of passage for the main entrance in order to access the 2nd floor by an independent staircase (unoccupied secondary apartment).
