Typical cottage in the countryside, totally independent, enjoying a lovely view.
Rocamadour nearby, Gramat 4 km (all shops and services) SWIMMING POOL (15m x 7m) open from June 15 to September 5. secured by protective barriers (NF P90-306), climbing frame, sandbox, slide shared with 2 other gîtes (ref 46G1955 and 46G1755), for a total capacity of 20 people on the entire site.
Internet installed.
Caving on site: a barn is available for storing caving equipment.
Hikes from the gîte to Rocamadour and the Alzou canyon.
An animal is accepted (20 euros per week).
From October 1 to May 31, heating is extra: firewood for the wood stove: 15 euros for the wheelbarrow + EDF electric heaters: 0.17 cents per KW (meter reading on arrival).
On the ground floor: living room/kitchen area, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, wc.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 beds 1.40m, 1 bed 1.20m, 1 bed 0.90m, 1 cot), shower room, separate wc.
Insert with vents, electric heating (convectors in each room).
Outside: terrace, enclosed courtyard, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue.
Swimming pool, ping-pong table and games for common children.
One animal per gite maximum (free).

Fantastisch! Heel rustig, verbonden met de natuur, comfortabel huis, niets te kort, zalig zwembad! Elke maaltijd genuttigd onder de lindeboom!Heel vriendelijke eigenaars die discreet waren. Dus, wij zijn heel erg positief over ons verblijf in 'La Chèvrerie', een aanrader!

Gîte possèdent tous le confort nécessaire.Très belle piscine, très grande ce qui permet de ne pas être dérangé par les autres personnes de l'autre gîte.Propriétaire très sympathique.Environnement très agréable et nous avons pu assister à la tonte des brebis.Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Lot.

La propriétaire est très gentille et bienveillante.Le gire est spacieux, nous avons pu profiter agréablement de la cheminée mise à disposition du bois gratuitement.Emplacement superbe entre le gouffre de padirac et le village de rocamadour.
