Nestled in the coastal town of Mudeford, Christchurch, is this beautiful, detached holiday home, Sanibel.
Enjoying a superb location just moments away from Avon Beach and local amenities, Sanibel is a fantastic family-friendly choice for a group or family of 10 and their canine companion.
Sanibel is a great base to explore the beautiful historic market town of Christchurch, walk around Stanpit Marsh Nature Reserve, enjoy water sports on Christchurch Harbour, go crabbing at Mudeford Quay or swim and relax at Dorset’s top ranked Avon Beach.
The beach is within walking distance, here you can also get the ferry to Mudeford Spit with its colourful beach huts, sandy coves, and scenic Hengistbury Head.
There is a good range of local places to eat and drink including The Noisy Lobster, The Upper Deck and The Jetty at Christchurch Harbour Hotel, or buy Alexander’s Fish & Chips and enjoy eating them at nearby Fisherman’s Wharf.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with double ovens, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dining seating for 10, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with TV, and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of three-super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, and a ground-floor double, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Add a touch of style to your Dorset escape with a stay at Sanibel. Note: No stag or hen parties as well as same sex groups.
