THE STRUCTURE

Casa De Guidi is a small two-roomed flat located right in the centre of Pozza di Fassa.

As soon as you enter, you will feel as if you are in a dwelling from another era: the magnificent arched ceilings that cover the entire flat give the structure a rustic yet refined touch.

You enter directly into the living area which contains a comfortable kitchenette , the double sofa bed ensures the presence of 4 comfortable beds thanks to the intimate double bedroom , enriched by beautiful exposed beams.

The accommodation is completed by a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine .

You can park your car in the car park just outside the entrance to the house, bordered by a small wooden gate.

It is important to note that you can only park your car here if it does not exceed 4 metres in length, as there are other car parking spaces on other properties next to it.

If your car exceeds these measurements, you can park it 150 metres away, in the open parking area along the Avisio stream.

The location

The flat is located in the centre of Pozza di Fassa, on the famous Via Meida, shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

You can regenerate yourself at the famous QC TErme Dolomites which are only 400 metres from the house, as well as the cycle path which connects the whole of the Val di Fassa with the Val di Fiemme.

In summer, a shuttle bus leaves 200 metres from the house to take you to discover the enchanted Val San Nicolo', which, with its huts and fairy-tale views, will make you forget the stress of everyday life.

You can also reach the altitude from the village with the Buffaure cable car, just as in winter you have the ski slopes at your fingertips and the Olympic Alloch slope just 100 metres from your house!
