Includes a private parking space within the residence, 1 living room/kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, 1 mezzanine (ceiling height less than 1.80m) with two single beds (90cm) (accessible by stairs, potentially dangerous for young children), 1 bathroom (sink, shower), and 1 separate WC. Amenities: 2 electric hobs, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave, 1 small dishwasher, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 sofa, 1 TV, 1 iron, 1 vacuum cleaner, and 1 garden furniture set.
